Dear Unit Owners and Residents, Please be advised that tree trimming in the west parking lot is scheduled for Thursday, October 8th 2026. All vehicles must be removed from the west parking lot area prior to the scheduled tree trimming to allow the landscaping contractor sufficient access to safely complete the work. Please refer to the attached photos below for the specific area that will be affected. We ask that everyone make the necessary arrangements to remove their vehicles from this area in advance. We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure the work is completed safely and efficiently. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

This is an urgent reminder that unrestrained pets pose a direct danger to the safety and well-being of our entire neighborhood. To ensure a safe environment for all residents, children, and fellow pet owners, ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH.

The annual fire alarm inspection is scheduled for tomorrow, September 16, 2026 between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. Please note that during the testing process, fire alarms may go off intermittently or sound for short periods. This is a normal part of the testing procedure and nothing to worry about. We apologize for any temporary noise or inconvenience this may cause.
